This policy describes how we process personal data submitted in a reservation request.

Data controller: Gregor Paul Filip

• Purpose: handling the reservation request and pre-contractual / contractual communication.
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and (f) (legitimate interest — replying).
• Data scope: first name, last name, address, e-mail, phone, stay dates, number of guests and rooms, message text.
• Retention: until the request is handled and for periods required by law.
• Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
• We do not use tracking cookies without your consent.
• The site uses only technically necessary mechanisms. If analytics is enabled, it will be privacy-friendly (cookieless).

Automatic translations

The site's language versions are prepared using the Google Cloud Translation service. The service is used exclusively for editorial website content, generated server-side or at build time. We do NOT use it to process reservation requests or contact-form content. No visitor data is sent to the translation service from the browser. According to Google's documentation, submitted content is processed only to provide the service, is not made public and is not shared with third parties. The provider's regional data handling must be verified by the operator (see compliance note). This text is a technical template and must be legally reviewed before publication.
