House rules and reservation terms

Note: the text below is a technical template. Before publishing it must be reviewed by the operator and, if needed, a lawyer.

A request sent via the form is not a confirmed booking. The reservation is valid only after written confirmation from the property.

Check-in and check-out times: 15:00 – 11:00.

Payment

• Once the dates are confirmed, the full amount is due within 3 days of the reservation confirmation.
• Payment by bank transfer to the account of Willa pod Zamkiem. We send the account details with the confirmation.
• The reservation becomes valid the moment the payment is credited to the Willa pod Zamkiem account.
• There is no online payment on this site.

Cancelling a reservation

• Cancelled on the same day the reservation was made — free of charge.
• Cancelled at least 5 days in advance — 30% of the reservation value.
• Cancelled 1 to 4 days before arrival — 80% of the total amount.
• Cancelled on the day of arrival — the full amount, non-refundable.
• If the guest neither arrives nor cancels (no-show) — the full amount, non-refundable.

Rules for your stay

• Smoking tobacco and tobacco products is not permitted anywhere.
• Preparing meals in the apartment is not permitted.
• Drinking alcohol in the apartment is not permitted.
• Coffee and tea can be made in the coffee corner on the first floor — included in the price of the apartment.

Deposit and damages

Guests leave a cash deposit of 500 zł for the duration of the stay as security against possible damage. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, at the end of the stay.

Any damage caused by the guest renting the apartment must be paid in cash or by transfer to the bank account of Willa pod Zamkiem.

Paying for extras

Meals and other extras can be ordered on site. They are paid in cash only — in złoty, euro, US dollars or British pounds at the average NBP rate. We recommend paying in złoty.
